"Good Coffee and great choice of Jacket Potatoes at good prices (£3.90 for Cheese and Beans plus side salad) in a calm atmosphere. Good kids menu and good sandwiches. Recommend."

"First visit to Dunelm Chelmsford café today and I was so impressed! Primrose was so thoughtful and made sure my cinnamon bun was fresh — which meant a lot as I’ve been recovering from illness and struggling with appetite. Another lovely lady also took time to get my coffee just right. Their kindness and professionalism made the visit really special. Great team, great training — I’ll definitely be back!"

"Visited before and been ok, often have a good gf selection, today ny Eve was very busy so walked up to m&s only to find it was closed for the day so back to pausa for a coffee and snack, busy but service was good and efficient, it seems they didn't know m&s was closing or would have increased staff and stock, well done for copping so well."

"This is our new favourite place for coffee and snacks. Excellent service, friendly and efficient staff and such good value. Coffee especially is always hot and cakes are amazing. Took our little grandson today and his lunch was free! Tables are cleared and cleaned frequently. Highly recommended."
